HARDI has been building strong and versatile sprayers since 1957 and their basic Tractor-Mounted Units have formed the foundation for their growth to one of the most technologically advanced Sprayer manufacturers today.

Using the basis of their design, HARDI KENYA has developed a Tractor-Mounted Sprayer best suited to Kenya’s arable conditions, and the KNK600 is the culmination of this process. The KNK600’s re-designed frame is extremely strong and the HARDI Blow-Moulded HDPE tank is retained.

It’s 12m boom is Vertically-Folding with a strong Transport Bracket design to help cope with the rough access roads regularly found in farming areas. The Boom Centre-Section is Trapeze-mounted, enabling self-levelling as the tractor moves over uneven ground and its Boom Wing Adjustment mechanism allows the user to ensure even boom height through its life. A Spring-Loaded Break-away on the outer section protects the boom from accidental encounters with an in-field obstacle.

The KNK600 is now fitted with a COMET BP110K Diaphragm Pump and a ST/START 3-Section Controller, delivering 1161/Min with a maximum pressure of 20bar. HARDI ISO Flat Fan nozzles are fitted into Holders with Non-Drip Valves. TRIPLET Nozzle Holders and a very wide range of additional nozzles are available, including several Anti-Drift versions. Also fitted as standard is a Self Filling Device, which connects to the sprayer through a Quick Coupling, enabling filling from either a natural water source or a bowser.
