HARDI BP15 and BP20 backpack sprayers are tough and built to last. All components are chosen with a long life-span in mind, from the sturdy polypropylene tank to the Viton seals suitable for demanding chemical solutions. These sprayers are provided with two different nozzles for application of all types of plant protection products at a pressure of up to 3 bar.
The tank is not pressurised. Spraying is controlled from the trigger valve.
Our backpacks are designed with safety and comfort in mind. All tank openings are placed at the top to avoid leakages. The leak-proof design with a hand-operated piston pump makes the sprayers easy to clean and maintain without special tools. With an ergonomic design, shoulder pads and waist belt these sprayers are also comfortable to wear.
The BPM 100 is a 16 litre back pack mistblower used for low volume application of pesticides over large areas where there might be limited access or where canopy penetration is required.
A motorised centrifugal fan produces high air speed through a venturi air outlet which shears the spray liquid into a fine mist. The mist is carried to the target in the air stream which is directed by the operator.
The spraying range for the BPM100 Mistblower is 15m horizontally or 12m vertically.
A needle valve provides flow rate control and multi-function controls handle controls stop start, fan speed and fluid flow rate.
